73 If Boy Scout membership doesn’t decline by at LEAST 30% I’ll be surprised. The "suits" at BSA National did their cyphering and projected they would lose ~11% of the 2012 membership of 2.6 million. Apparently that was acceptable collateral damage. Sadly, I suspect their arithmetic may be close to reality. I would prefer a massive vote of the feet ... but I don't see it in this culture today.
