Are you saying that civil suits would accomplish this even without the federal government starting to enforce the immigration laws?
If so, I still don’t buy your argument as being the solution.
Your idea is a good one, just not a panacea.
We need the federal government to enforce the law or, at the very least, stop opposing local and state law enforcement from doing their duty.

***I agree. But it’s rare when someone can be part of the solution and make money at the same time. Removal of the profit motive will have a way of rapidly magnifying the problem and the solution the idiotic feds need to pursue.
