Every American knows that most British police are not armed, at least I thought every American knew.
As the driver of an armed unit, she will be armed with a taser, as the rest of the unit in her vehicle are armed to the teeth. I will try and find out exactly what arms she carries.
And ‘terrified’. Tabloid nonsense, this woman is a highly trained officer, member of one of the UK’s premier police units.
‘The woman officer driving may have had her Tazer on her lap as she would not risk putting a live firearm on her lap wile she was driving.’
