Yep....if you saw the video....when the Kops finally arrived after 20 minutes, notice how fast that one bobby with the school crossing vest on zoned in on the photographer, wildy flailing his arms, shouting, his eyes bulging trying to move the video guy back a few yards....not that the action was still going on.

Well, t there's nothing wrong with that....it just shows the London peelers can move fast when they want, even if it's just their arms.
