Suspects in attack on a soldier are not believed to be part of a terror group

I always thought three was a crowd but apparently it's merely three individual lone wolves.

I did hear a news clip on the radio this afternoon to the effect that they are now calling it terror. I was in the car and it was just a short bit, so I don’t have any link/source. Likely it was CBS, though, as they seem to be on the talk station we listen to.
