California came out with some preliminary fees this week that weren’t quite in that range, but they had this charming little provision that indexes not only the premium subsidy, but the actual benefits to your income. For a given plan, those who’ve spent productive lives will be charged from 2 to 10 times more in co-pays. The pharmacist will need to know your income range in order to compute how much your prescription will cost.
