As the speech has gone on Barry’s tone has become desperate whining, and imploring with the subtext implication “Why can’t I get you folks to believe me?”

I suspect that a the polling of his anti-war, anti-military base is really terrible on drones and he needs them to fight of impending impeachable scandals and international accusations that he is a war criminal for “signature strikes” against unidentified suspicious persons outside any war zone or not engaged in any “imminent” war activity.
