I’ve often wondered why a muslim attonrey wouldn’t ask for a jury of his peers. In other words a jury of fellow muslims. No way one would ever get convicted. Pull out the koran and use it to justify whatever crime you committed in the name of allah.
Your strategy would also show up the muslims on the jury. It would be interesting to see how many would get away with murder.
