Federal agents and the state fire marshal have effectively barred a federal safety panel from the site of a Texas fertilizer plant blast that killed 15 people and injured about 200 others, hampering its investigation, the panels chairman said.
In a May 17 letter to Sen. Barbara Boxer, U.S. Chemical Safety Board Chairman Rafael Moure-Eraso asked the California Democrat to help the board obtain evidence under control of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives that he contends is essential to the boards investigation, the Waco Tribune-Herald and Austin American-Statesman reported.

Gonna have to start buying tinfoil in bulk...
Obama probably planted the bomb.
Fertilizer plants and silos are ripe places for explosions. It seems a little strange for the ATF to take such a high-profile position here.
FEMA blocked funds that would have helped Oklahomans build life-saving tornado shelters, while Obama shoveled billions to his Democrat supporters and Chris Christie, the turn-coat “Republican” after “Superstorm” Sandy. This is another case of punishing Republicans, because OK is the most Republican of all the states.
Gov. Fallon of OK should publicly confront Obama about this when he appears for his photo op on Sunday, but she won’t. She’ll probably pull a Christie to try to get more funds to rebuild. However, some patriots might meet him with appropriate signs: “FEMA denied. Oklahomans died.”
Answer: enough to indict a conservative.
The better to control the paper trail, my dear.
My warped imagination is warping at levels even too extreme for Capt. James T. Kirk.(p)
If the dilithium crystals were a divining rod they would be pointing to the ATF as a suspect in the theft of an unknown and unreported amount of phosphate fertilizer in order to pull of a massive false flag explosion.
The crystals are even pointing to the use of a radioactive element within the explosive mix of chemicals just to increase the size of the federal response and press knee jerk.(p)
Should be good to wipe the front pages of news blogs, posts, and print of scandals( read crimes ) for the summer, especially, if the goons play the martial law card.
Ugh....please, Gov Fallon, what ever you do...don't hug this fool.
However, some patriots might meet him with appropriate signs: FEMA denied. Oklahomans died.
Good for them. They'll risk being audited, but good for them.
You would think a blast that big would have had some tell-tale signs prior to ignition. What a tragedy.
I agree with your take on evidence.
We need a lot fewer fed noses.
I say good for the Texas Fire Marshall for keeping her out of Texas. It’s none of her business. Hey, Babs, don’t mess with Texas.
Yes, and they can now make the usual statement that they can't talk about it because of the investigation and let it age until everyone has forgotten about it or every scrap of information will have to be extracted from them by FOIAs and legal action while the clock runs.
bump for follow up
Smells like allahshit
Have we been selling fertilizer to Mexican cartels/Muslims? Fast and furious?
FYI.......I said on day one, that this explosion was potentially a terrorist attack!!! Whatever, the cause, Obama is looks like he’s seeking a cover-up!!! Me.....I have no faith whatsoever in any federal government agency. I use to worship the FBI, but no more......they just blindly do the bidding for Obama & Holder!!! They could care less about the safety, security and welfare of the United States of America.
In a perfect republic, the federal government should not be responsible for funding the construction of storm shelters. Nor should the federal government be responsible for funding storm clean-up and rebuilding, particularly in coastal areas where people knowlingly assumed the risk of castostrophic losses.
If you're going to go down that road, how about Kenya got 25 times what the town of Moore, OK was looking for and repeatedly denied by FEMA due to ever changing standards? That Kenya barely had to make the request for their 50 million, whereas Americans must beg and plead for such attention.
But more importantly, why didn't these people build their own storm shelters? Quite a few apparently did, and shared with neighbors. Americans don't need to swallow the lie that all help must come from the federal government. I bet that every home that was destroyed owned a car, and probably paid as much, if not more, for that car than it would cost to build a storm shelter.
If every four homeowners gathered together the funds, for a couple grand, they could build a group shelter to use in case of emergency. No need to wait for FEMA funds or participate in state lotteries, just put off getting that new 80" television and a couple blue rays and just get it done.
I honestly think that the opportunity for the Tea Party here isn't to stand around with cute signs behind Obama, but to get out there and advocate solutions performed by Americans for Americans that do not require the assistance (or permission) of the federal government. Get together some plans, have them generically approved, and then go out and advocate building them.
