Sexuality should not enter into the boy scout theme.
Put queers in it and it will. That is the point.
You know what openly homosexual is the same as I do. trying to define what is openly homosexual is a cop out.
Don’t ask, Don’t tell? Not a bad idea. IMO.
But catch one telling or acting and he is out.
I don’t think they should even use the term “openly homosexual” unless they define it. Being openly any kind of -sexual is contrary to the Boy Scout pledge, at least for unmarried individuals.
I think they should focus on the abstinence and celibacy part of their creed and the details will take care of themselves.
