This kind of nonsense would have a very short timespan in Utah or Texas or many other free states. There wouldn’t be ten people watching the carnage helplessly. One or two of them here would be busy drawing a crowd-safe bead for a double tap.
On that note, it’s probably likely this kind of mischief will limit itself to the constitutionally bereft areas ... L.A., N.Y., Boston, etc. ...
