My guess is that the Tea Party is now going to get so jumpin’ ugly after the IRS revelations that very few GOP Congresscritters are going to muster up the courage to vote for this thing, no matter what their leadership tells them.

I sure hope you're right, this is the kind of thing that could sneak by if it's not opposed in the most vehement of ways.

Last time they tried this, there wasn't this kind of distraction. Most of the same people care about this are also preoccupied with these scandals.
