Do you then suppose that a PhD better qualifies ones capacity to reason? Do you think this capacity could differ depending on whether an individual is male or female?
Perhaps I should be clearer about this: The popular consensus in academic and political circles [more specifically areas with greater influence] tends to be that women lack competency (hence your image and associated comment) and therefore the practical intellectual (systemizing) ability to lead solutions-based practices (e.g. research).
It is true that many women tend to hold qualifications [particularly PhDs] in soft science subjects (if science at all). Thus, unless you have been working at Los Alamos [etc] I cannot conceive that, at least statistically, you have either a.) known many men. Or b.) known many women. Or c.) are particularly well-travelled outside of the U.S.
I am not interested in banter with you; I am interested in how you arrived at your conclusions.

Uh oh, looks like RC got under your skin a little bit with his Benny quip.
Any chance that youre a brittle liberal troll?
What conclusion of mine are you talking about? I’ve known quite a few women doctors, women science professors (some in the family), that is all.
