From April 3 to April 4, 1974, with over 300 fatalities, there were 148 tornadoes confirmed in 13 US states, including Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, and New York; and the Canadian province of Ontario. It extensively damaged approximately 900 square miles (2,330 square kilometers) along a total combined path length of 2,600 miles (4,200 km).
This was still not enough to prevent President Nixon from receiving Articles of Impeachment voted against him in the US House, and him having to resign later that year, in August. Emperor Obongo and his spinning, lying talking heads trying to change the subject, had best keep this in mind.

I was just short of 9 when our house in Louisville, Ky was about two-thirds destroyed by the April 3, 1974 tornado. As the tornado approached, my Dad with adrenaline, flipped over a couch with two adults and four children on it. As the tornado approached it sounded like a train and then as it passed by it sounded like a train running over the house.
My Dad, a carpenter, rebuilt the house even better and then we sold it and moved to a better one in a better section of town. As the Scripture basically says, “All things work together for good for those who love God (Rom 8:28).

Back in 1955 Hurricanes Connie, then Diane 1 week later absolutely devastated the South. My old hometown of Port Jervis, NY, while not directly hit by these storms was practically underwater, like many areas of the northeast. The “seasoned citizens” who live there remember those days all too well. In 1921 Tampa was leveled by a hurricane directly hitting the city.
