I think Homeland’s goons were over-armed for the situation. Some grandparents brought their grandkids - most Americans wouldn’t see this group as dangerous.... Must look really scarey to the haters at Homeland - scary enough to for loaded M-16’s?

I knew on 9/11/01 that the ultimate victims would be the citizens of this country. I remember asking my co-workers, "I wonder what new laws to restrict our liberties will come from this?" Sadly, it was as predictable as the rising of the sun.
Darn, my family and I were in St. Louis on a bit of a mini-vacation - might have been worth it to stay over a day so we could make it to the protest. But we didn’t take the laptop along on the trip & I had no idea...
They need to have another protest but call themselves something progressive and dimocrat and see if they show up then.

Our protest was pretty mild then. About 20 people and lots of honks from passersby.
Weird thing is - the IRS building was incognito. It’s right by my house and I never knew that was what the building was for. There could be a teeny sign on the door, but there’s nothing that can be seen from the street or even the parking lot displaying that it is an IRS building.

They don’t go out of their way to advertise their location, for obvious reasons. FBI offices are similar. Difficult to find.
Here in Indianapolis the FBI moved out of downtown last year to a new custom built remote location in the burbs “for security reasons”.
Can’t send security to Benghazi though...
