He’ll call it an opportunity to create jobs. Just remember....FEMA folks are paid outrageous wages plus expenses.
FEMA is a PITA and a waste of time for the victims. The inspectors lie about conditions so that the victim has to appeal. Last week I spoke with someone who went through TS Irene. They complained about how the paperwork was keeping them from restoring their home so they didn't appeal. When I informed him that because he didn't continue with the appeals, some poor FEMA worker lost about 16 hours of wages. His eyes lit up. FEMA is there to help themselves,not victims. I hope OK is wise. They'll rebuild faster without FEMA.
