Obama was too busy campaigning, and preparing for the next day’s campaign, to be bothered by the murder of 4 Americans. After all, his job was on the line, and to him and the democrats, it was more necessary for him to win election than to worry about 4 “expendable” Americans. Retaining the presidency was more important to him, and to democrats, and to his election campaign managers. Taking a few hours or a few day away from campaigning and fundraising in the crucial final weeks of the election, might have cost him, especially when he was behind in many polls at the time. To Obama and his campaign, it was more about winning the election, and facing the heat after; he would already be president again when the questions came. It’s about winning at any cost, and the cost of 4 Americans, including the Ambassador, was just a sacrifice Obama was willing to make. The plan worked, but the questions now need to be answered.
“It was just a bump in the road”......Barf alert. When will people wake up?
