Reporter saying they have recovered 7 bodies from the bottom of the school. He said they drowned in water. Reporting twenty to thirty more are still in the school.
Many prayers will be needed for these families.

Yes. drowning is a real problem...basements below water level may be “waterproof” but will flood from the heavy rain, even if the buildings are on higher ground.
