I’ll give them $10,000 for all +/- 1,900 of them. I’ll take them out of state and provide any info they want from them. Any implicated gins will be returned for $200 each. When we’re done the remaining guns will be mine.

It would be a great bargain, as I personally ID’d more than $10,000 worth of guns turned in, and the average take in auctions of this type is about $100 per gun.
Unfortunately, It appears that the Mayor and police chief are hostile to anything like this idea.
If it happens, be sure to insist on the WWII Luger with original holster, the Garand, the M1 carbine, the Browning Auto 5 and the Marlin 39. They would be a good start to recoup your $10,000.
