The Democrats are desperately trying any and all kinds of diversions.
Death and taxes...yes, they’re terrible, and you can’t stop death but we sure as Hell can do something about taxes.
Democrats in Congress know this quite well. Voters view using the IRS for political purposes as irritating, especially when one isn’t in a favored group getting a tax break, but accept it reluctantly. At least voters haven’t shown up at the Treasury with pitchforks.
This is different. People are being threatened, excuse me - extorted by their own government! - for political opinions and reasons.
Is this a diversion from something approaching, which we can’t see because it is just over the horizon?
The Modified Limited Hangout phrase was first used by one of Tricky Dick's henchmen. Same crap. Different party name.

The families of the four Americans, including the ambassador and two heroic SEALS, who were left by Ubama and Hillary Clinton to be slaughtered during the long terrorist attack deserve to see justice. Do not put those families on the back burner.

My thought is that the reason obama gave a non-answer in the rose garden the other day, and the reason that miller couldn’t remember the name of the person responsible for targeting conservatives, and the reason miller stoutly defended sarah ingram, is because they don’t want to throw her under the bus because they’re hoping to maintain her loyalty and keep her from telling the truth. That truth: this was an administration re-election strategy and well known to the WH and the campaign. If ingram or anyone else is indicted over this, she may talk to avoid jail. They’re hoping it doesn’t come to that, obviously, but with proper assurances she might maintain her silence and accept full blame. Without an independent counsel we’ll probably never get to that point.
