This crap about “i’m offended” is just that, such crap. I frequently have to tell my clients who have picked up that mantra that the world does not guarantee them a right to not be “offended”.
Another equally annoying one is
” You have disrespected me “
OH yeah, I hear that too, she “disrespected” my role as father.............esp when they haven’t bothered to marry the mother.
Then I advise them their role as father is to improve that child’s life
