Gotta figure. Detroit is a city where whether a candidate is black enough among all black candidates is a legitimate campaign question.

Oddly enough, this guy (Charlie LeDuff) has managed to convince Detroiters that he's black and they love him. He's Creole BTW. However, he's not running for office.
