Jay Carney tells us Obama and Hillary spoke at 10 PM. The next day Hillary issued a stement that mentioned the video. Call me partisan, but I believe those two concocted the video lie during that 10 PM conversation. We know for sure they didn’t come up with a rescue attempt.
