Chances are pretty high this person is generally like this but now she just has more time to do it and whine to others which also reinforces her whiiiiiiniiinnnnggg.. lol. I'd tell here to make a list of the top ten things she always wanted to do and start at the top making them happen. If she finds a way or reason to not do this, she is just a baby whiner and always has been.

I know plenty of early retirees with loads of cash that are very happy, loving, Godly people who are enjoying the fruits of retirement and wouldn't know how to find time for a job. HAHA.

Ahh, you have a good point. Maybe she is just a natural whiner. I always thought she’d have been better off if she had actually HAD to do something..but maybe not.
