U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry went on to say that the Nigerians had personally raped, cut off ears, cut off heads, taped wires from portable telephones to human genitals and turned up the power, cut off limbs, blown up bodies, randomly shot at civilians, razed villages in fashion reminiscent of Genghis Khan...........
Seems that Kerry just dusted off his hate-America Senate speech from April 21, 1971 and substituted the name “Nigerians” for “Americans”.
