And the guys at the top obviously don't care if the lower level guys make smack up.

Add it up....70,000 pages plus, which make up the code. Your Senators over the past ninety years have added a paragraph here and there. No expert really exists.

I’d see a reason now to split the IRS over...a personal tax crew, an industrial tax crew, and a medical insurance crew. No one single person in front of any of them. And I’d even suggest a national audit agency, independent of IRS to continually look at their failings....firing people who just aren’t up to the job.

If there ever was a reason for having a flat tax....this is it. The least amount of intrusion into a citizen’s life....is preferred.
