Incorrect but not untruthful. Miller should be destroyed based on this testimony. He is claiming it was not partisan as did the IG. This is insanity. We are dealing with a Kafkaesque bureaucrat who admits no misdoing. If the Reps don't show more passion and hard hitting questions, this hearing will be a farce.
Now the Dems are blaming this on Bush. He appointed Shulman.
