Great. Can you see it now....you've been diagnosed with a major illness and while doing the mountains of paperwork now required for treatment, you get a nasty-gram from the IRS demanding to know your political affiliation, who you've voted for since you first registered, who you associate with, how much money you have contributed to political organizations and to whom, and whether or not you ever intend to run for office. Of course permission for treatment will depend upon these answers you provide to the IRS.
