Before everyone goes TOO far off the deep end, the congressman mis-spoke when he said “tapping”.

Several people have been saying "tapping" today, including two or three talk show hosts. No tapping AFAIK either, but there definitely been several using the word today.

Has the backstabber, McStupid, and his girlfriend, Lindsay, started shouting down the GOP yet?

I hope Ted Cruz goes for the throat and won’t let go until there are special prosecutors and criminal prosecutions.

Obama needs to be impeached. He’s a traitor to the constitution.

These GOP hacks were too afraid to even put Hillary under oath.
I agree they should lower the boom. But I would not hold my breath.
They would rather have an unresolved scandal as a campaign tool
than actually resolving the scandal by any means necessary.

No not they they picked up members of congress, all they did at the AP was get records of calls, but read what the congressman said, “The big problem that I see is that they actually tapped right where I’m sitting right now, the Cloak Room.”

Things are different now that we have VOIP phone communications. One no longer needs to 'tap' and record a conversation, because ALL conversations are now recorded at that NSA data center in Utah. Hence, all Zero needs to 'tap' a conversation is to know the time and the line on which the call was made and then pull up the record.

This is why getting phone records is so damaging; it IS equivalent to a wire tap.

Impeachment File for B. Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, a legal citizen of the sovereign Nation of Indonesia.

I disagree.

Most every call is digitized and then stored.

If you know the time and date and number, you could access the conversation.

You would have to have access to the records and access to the data.

From the AP letter to Holder:

The records that were secretly obtained cover a full two-month period in early 2012 and, at least as described in Mr. Machen’s letter, include all such records for, among other phone lines, an AP general phone number in New York City as well as AP bureaus in New York City, Washington, D.C., Hartford, Connecticut, and at the House of Representatives.

Oh, it's worse than that.

The Constitution establishes We The People as the true sovereigns of this Constitutioonal Republic. What Soetoro is doing amounts to usurping your sovereignty, piece by piece, using the federal bureaucracy to build a government which not only doesn't answer to you the sovereign, but removes your spovereignty BY ignoring the Constitutionally established separation of powers which derive from your consent ... he is literally ruling, without your consent and in order to remove your ability to withdraw or give consent to his rule.

He doesn't care that you were the sovereign, he has cancelled that sovereignty much the way Hitler accomplished it and Stalin accomplished it. He has lied to you and me, continues to lie to you and me, and intends to reach a point when he will no longer bother to seek your consent by lying to you because he will be an absolute ruler over you.

What is so shocking when you realize this is the reality is how easily the court system has been subsumed to do protect his mischief. The bastard pirate Roberts is the most exposed of the court sublimation, but he is only the highest among dozens and dozens who have willingly taken to ignoring the laws and Constitution in order to serve a new world order.

Just browse. Search interface probably designed by Google.

All the compliance with the communist could be the fact that everyone knows he’s built a KGB and is not beyond destroying anyone who gets in his way. He’s corrupted the DOD, DHS and the FBI.

Most likely. I wonder if they only went after internal calls between staffers or all calls including constituent calls.

That he is a post trutle is shown in how he told us what he wanted to do before he was elected installed the first time. He wanted an army for domestic operations as well equiped as the US military! he wanted to transform America. He wanted to end the Republic so the globalist new world order would not have a We The People Constitutional Republic obstructing their world governance.

Well, the administration ,some in the media and maybe certain senators on both sides of the aisle - are trying to make the best of an apparently bad situation and are trying to promote a “media shield law.” A very bad idea, designed to take out the internet bloggers and startup media.

Most every call is digitized and then stored.

Why would the phone company do this?
