This is coordinated.

I read somewhere that the question that lead to the IRS person acknowledging and apologizing for the illegal snooping originated from an administration insider.

Some people are saying it is because they knew a report was scheduled for release that would reveal the scandal anyway.
But in any case this has distracted from Benghazi. Then there is the AP scandal. This morning I read that the FBI may have illegally collected 10 million medical records of Californians including all of the federal judges.

Is this an attempt at scandal overload to desensitize the public or is the house of cards falling apart?
