PASS THE WORD: any IRS agent (govt employee) involved in making taxation decisions based on a taxpayer's political beliefs is violating the Hatch Act (applies to govt employees)----and could face criminal charges.

NOTE BENE: Holder is trying to contain the damage---claiming the IRS action was confined to the Cincinnati office.

BUT the Cincinatti IRS office (which seems to have done most of the hands-on dirty work) is the one that controls all the “battleground states” that Obama needed to win in the last election.

Obama's own political support organizations (even outside of the country!) got fast-tracked........BUT any organization he thought might oppose him in those crucial states got silenced or prevented from collecting funds during the time leading up to the elections.

Hatch Act.

Hatch Act:

President Barack Obama signed the Hatch Act Modernization Act of 2012 on December 28, 2012. It

-> modifies penalties under the Hatch Act to allow for disciplinary actions in addition to removal for federal employees (end quote, from Wiki)

Instead of 'in addition to ', I think the "new" Hatch Act lets Obama and his officials determine 'disciplinary actions' and that's the end of it.
