So, the White House is notified that the IRS has committed the same behavior that was included in the articles of impeachment drafted against Nixon and nobody thought it was important enough to give Obama a heads up. And I'm supposed to believe that?

So who exactly is “the White House”? If the “White House” is notified, is it Valerie Jarrett who then decides that BO can’t handle it and doesn’t tell him anything. What must be wrong with BO if he can’t handle any news that makes him look like the incompetent boob that he is? Who is the White House these days if it’s not BO?
