He was in charge during the Bin Laden disaster (this photo) and he was in charge while Obama was asleep during Benghazi.
He even did an interview and stated that HE Was the one making the decisions, giving the orders. He is the most powerful person in the White House. He is THE MAN BEHIND THE THRONE. Just look on Wikipedia, it says THE MAN BEHIND THE THRONE.
He looks like an Emanuel family member.

The Departments of State, Justice, DHHS and the IRS are embroiled in scandal and the President of the United States tells us he is an innocent bystander.
