The White House has "no knowledge" of the Justice Department's efforts to obtain phone records of Associated Press reporters and editors, press secretary Jay Carney said Monday.
“Other than press reports, we have no knowledge of any attempt by the Justice Department to seek phone records of the AP," he said in a statement.
"We are not involved in decisions made in connection with criminal investigations, as those matters are handled independently by the Justice Department," he added. "Any questions about an ongoing criminal investigation should be directed to the Department of Justice.”

What the heck does this Administration do? And who’s running the place? Because nobody seems to know anything about anything up there.
No knowledge of the AP records.
No knowledge of the IRS targets.
No knowledge of the Benghazi attacks.
That seems to be a consistent pattern with this Administration. They seem to have no knowledge of anything that is going on under their noses.
Perhaps, if Obama spent as much time in cabinet meetings as he does on the golf course, he might learn what is actually going on in his Administration.
[Of course, being on the golf course gives him distance and allows him the excuse that he had no knowledge of ... whatever. How long will the press and low information voters continue to buy that recurring excuse?]

It’s starting to sound like all “the White House” does is sit around selling bridges all day to the low information voter types.
Obama once again leaves the country with a choice-either he’s once again lying or he’s too incompetent to handle the job of POTUS. Either way the country’s screwed.
