Increased taxes from Obamacare, the elimination of the 2% payroll tax holiday, and the additional taxes on the rich increased revenue. The real costs of Obamacare will be felt next year, so we are getting the tax revenue now and the costs later.

Still, we will run close to a trillion dollar deficit again this fiscal year.
