A Philadelphia jury today convicted West Philadelphia abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell of three counts of first-degree murder for cutting the necks of babies born alive and viable.

He was tried only on four counts of murder, found guilty in three of them. Jury was initially having trouble with two counts but judge sent them back and they finalized on guilty in three counts, one not guilty.

There are probably many more like him. It’s technically more difficult to kill a late term baby in utero than delivering the baby and committing infanticide.
A lot more abortionists will come to justice soon.

When reading the description of what this evil bastard did, I almost threw up on my keyboard. I then started crying at reading that the prosecutor described how one baby whimpered before that evil filth murdered it. Absolutely disgusting and evil.
I give the prosecutors a gold medal for going after this prick. Not sure that NY would have the balls to do it.
Prayers to all those babies who were slaughtered in his house of horrors.

BBC World just showed Gosnell walking in his prison suit with the caption “Abortion Murders” at the beginning of their news program.
Pretty startling.

This is just plain unfair. You can’t tell Gosnel there is a constitutional right to kill babies in the womb and then charge him with murder when he kills them outside the womb.
You hit the nail on the head. The law is unjust. I won't cheer and call it "justice" when the blood of only a handful of children is deemed worthy of avenging.
Lest I be misunderstood - This fellow should hang...right next to all the heartless women who hired him to commit first-degree murder.
