Well, if you live long enough, you get to see everything, and not just once but twice, apparently.  Froner Rep. Dennis Kucinich, who has long been a gadfly to administrations of both parties, ripped the Obama White House over both the Benghazi and IRS scandals over the weekend in no uncertain terms.  When asked by Fox News Sunday’s Chris Wallace whether Kucinich thought the talking points had been massaged for political reasons, Kucinich could hardly contain his contempt (via Daniel Halper and Andrew Kaczynski):

Not necessarily a friend but he’s right this time.

Kucinich has been known to suffer the occasional attack of common sense.

They played a clip of Kucinich this morning on Quinn & Rose, and at the end Quinn said “He just talked for a minute-and-a-half, and I agreed with every word he said”.

Quinn was astounded.

Say what you will about the guy, but he is unabashedly honest about what he thinks and believes. Which is quite stunning for a politician actually.

That was always the scariest thing about Kucinich - he was a relatively honest guy for a rat, and he truly believes the crap that he used to go on about. It’s why the college kids always adored him. A lot of them are growing more and more disillusioned with Dear Leader because of the obvious lies and coverups.

I am impressed but have to remind myself that Former Rep. Dennis Kucinich knows he isn’t slick enough to spin this and he is tired of carrying Obama’s water.

Kucinich is an intellectually honest liberal. He’s wrong-headed ... but applies his wrong-headedness relatively consistently. Doesn’t surprise me that he’d come out with guns blazing on the IRS or Benghazi things.

You’ll notice that all the usual Kucinich fans are dead silent.

The problem with cultivating harpies on your own side, is when they go postal and can’t be controlled.

Good luck with this Democrats.

Or is this just Kucinich’s way of telling Obama “You idiot! You neophyte, you’ve just handed them your head on a platter! And we’re damn sure not going down with you, so bleep off, you pitiful excuse for a liberal!”

A better way of saying it is, “Even a blind pig can find his own privates.” LOL

Kucinich is in this for numero uno. Enjoy Democrats...

He's the Ron Paul of the left. He's been consistent on defending his beliefs regardless of the issue - at least from the dozens of times I've seen him. I have a modicum of respect for him - unlike Barny Frank and his corrupt ilk.

I’m wondering if this might be a new problem.

Seems that the AP is particularly picky about copywrite so you’ll have to paste that to your browser.

He was right on the money. I may not agree with most of his politics but I admire a man that stands on principle.

As often times I disagreed with the elf, you always knew where he stood on the issues and why.
