Three enormous, terrible scandals -- the media may try to use each to paper over the others, but that may prove difficult. Hard to ignore. Hard to cover. Hard to use as diversion.

Of course, if we had a free press each of these news items would be used to sell a lot of newspapers, magazines and airtime. But since we don't have a free press, the "news" biz is going to have a hard time figuring this one out.

I flipped over when the verdict was read and did see that CNN and HLN covered it. I flipped over to MSNBC at that time and didn’t see anything. Whether they covered it later, I don’t know.
