That makes sense. Everyone knows that Chinese made pressure cookers sold in S.A. are much better than Chinese made cookers sold in the U.S.
A pressure cooker is just a pot unless you need a higher temp to cook meats or can goods. I just cook it on the stove in a pot with a lid is all thats needed for rice.
