SC Republicans, both voters and leaders, though now a majority in their own state, seem to lack the “fire in the belly.”

Your comment strikes a nerve because of the increasing and cumulative effect of ongoing Palmetto State bashing on FR. I hope all you TX-un FReepers remember how you have piled it on us, if and when you want our inferior help one day. Goading South Carolina on FR is becoming much more prominent lately; whazup TX FReepers?

Important to remember that almost 30% of South Carolina voters are Black.

That means a “Pure Conservative” candidate must get close to 75% of the white vote to win.

That is a very high standard.

I’m sorry for piling on SC, where the motorists are very courteous. You have the majority in SC; and we in TX could lose the majority by 2016.
