These are the ones I’ve heard about. I am sure there is 100’s more.
1. A mosque shall never be considered a target no matter if it is being used as a base for anti-aircraft missiles.
2. Infidel American troops shall not fire on a Moslem terrorist if they are not currently engaging / firing at Americans.
3. A Moslem terrorist’s corpse must not be desecrated. It shall always be protected from harm.
4. The Holy Koran shall be protected from desecration by infidel troops.
I now recall a couple more...
#5 - when you capture an enemy combatant on the battlefield you must Mirandize him.
#6 - when a US Ambassador is under siege, do not, I repeat DO NOT send help.
#7 - when the enemy launches a violent protest, search youtube for an anti islam video, find the creator, arrest him in the middle of the night and throw away the keys.
#8 - a devastating alternative to #7 that is bound to have them shaking in their sandals is to quickly make a commercial to be shown on the enemy’s TV networks acknowledging the protesters claim that we are warmongering devils and that we will provide immediate reparations.
#9 - also quite effective is to threaten them with packages of incentives.
