There are jokes about keeping your friends close and enemies closer. When Obama made Hillary his secretary of state, it was “keeping her close”, while giving a lot of special envoys actual authority over anything that mattered.
Obama would likely give her all the blame. The editing of talking points, the refusal to act when ambassadors called for help - say it went to the white house and ends with HER. Obama looks innocent, gives them someone very high up to blame.
ONly the President can authorize the military crossing a national border. This is known and will be known more. No one else can order a stand down or go ahead order or whatever it’s specifically called. Hitlery couldn’t do it, only the CIC has that authority. Travis McGee wrote about this a while ago. So any attempt to pin this on anyone else will fail. Of course many share guilt but the buck goes straight to 0moslem.
