Petraus has a chance now to be a patriot and tell all. Will he?
This isn’t the movies. Petraus will likely disappoint us in any response. He’s retired and doesn’t want to make waves.
Since he is retired and has his pension etc already, why wouldn’t he tell the truth now?
I would think the main reason would be blackmail by the administration. Petraus has to know these thugs are serious. I am not sure he will risk all and do the right thing.
