My high school debate class would be tearing Carney apart. He has been doing as well as he has been in his job because he has numbnuts in front of him. right now on the background briefing he is looking very stupid.
I think he’s setting it up so that the White House can say this:
‘We acted in a deliberate manner, based on apparently incorrect information from the intelligence community. So we’re sorry that we couldn’t act in time to save anybody due to the conflicting reports and information that existed.’
