She always needs to be read in context because she knows how to issue a sound bite that doesn't convey what she really believes. To her, what's disgusting is not Gosnell's actions, but that somebody would want to have a Hearing on the matter and possibly damage her precious right to murder.
Read the full quote and you will see what she thinks is disgusting. It’s not what the original poster would have you believe.

You endorse those actions and in fact you are now forcing those of us that are against those actions to fund it! Planned Parenthood has recently admitted that they do pretty much the same thing, so you should just endorse Kermit.

Just FYI, I visited San Fran last August for a work-related meeting. There was a Catholic Church next door to my hotel so I went to daily Mass. I was pleasantly surprised to find wonderful, devout, prayerful Catholics right in the midst of that goofball city! Young couples, families with half a dozen little ones, oldsters praying the rosary, and a fearless priest with beautiful homilies. It gave me hope. I swear, God spares that city because of the few righteous people living there & praying. San Fran also hosts a relatively large pro-life march every year around the anniversary of Roe v Wade. :-)
San Francisco is a beautiful city with a lot of weird-ass people. I’m sorry, but a prolife priest wouldn’t surprise me. Remember Obama’s favorite priest in Chicago? I’m very happy that you have such a good relationship with some of the great people in that town. Their clam chowder in the bread can’t be beat.
