Pardon me but I fail to understand what the hell is taking this jury so long. Are these people idiots?? Are they trying to find some convoluted way to acquit this monster? Sure seems like it.

According to the article, the jury is asking question of what the law is and asking for the testimony to be gone over again.
As far as I am concerned, it sounds like they are taking their time to get it right.

He may be "convicted" of some token offense of neglect of duties or some sh*t like that, but I fear he's not going to pay any appreciable price for this.
