Seriously, toy guns are good to play with for kids. This is exactly what is wrong; everything good is being persecuted, while everything destructive is being protected. (homosex)
If this guy had a legal bb gun and was using it safely and legally in this back yard with his son, I would be with you on this.
But this was not the case. People like him give law abiding gun owners a bad name.
