I don’t know. Sounds like they are immigrants in the broadest sense. When I (finally) move to WY, I’ll be an immigrant.

Their family has been in the Cleveland neighborhood for several decades. I believe all the siblings where born in Cleveland. Their father owned a local used car lot in the West 25th area.

They are not immigrants. They are American Citizens their parents are from Puerto Rico and are American Citizens by birth. Puerto Ricons are American Citizens, just like people who live in Guam.

Also, only the owner of the home is now in custody. Their isn't any proof that the two other brothers had anything to do with the kidnappings. They have been released due to lack of evidence.
