Democratic congressman William Lacy Clay of Missouri blamed (Republican) congressional budget cuts for the terror attack on Americans in Benghazi.
Clay made the statement at a hearing for whistleblowers on Capitol Hill.

Yup. And blame the rich. Blame everyone except themselves and it may bit it is a bit more insidious — they will use the eventual collapse to gain complete authoritarian rule over us.
