Who was on the C-130 when they were kicked off?
Since the survivors went to Aviano, was Patch via EUCOM or SOCEUR involved, or just aircraft out of Tripoli? If so, there’s hell to pay.
I spent quite a few TDYs on Sigonella and have friends at Aviano as well.
It’s not good.
It was reported that 4 people disembarked, but did not say who. I presumed it was special forces located in Libya for security reasons, but do not know who.
